Haywood County Real Estate Buzz for April 2008. Waiting for the sizzle!

Looking at April 2008 by itself, while we won’t know the ultimate selling prices of the homes in escrow for a little while, we do know that it took an average of approximately 6 months to ’secure’ a contract on the Haywood County, NC homes that are presently in escrow. Wow. Could it be the pricing?
